The house is named because of the clover shape in the middle of the square floor.

El nombre de la casa viene de la forma de trebol (clover) que tiene la casa en el centro de la planta cuadrada.

The ground floor is excavated in the soil, like a common construction type. In the top of this floor, a glass cube is builded with 4 meter talla high. The main floor has clover shape walls that subdivides the interior, leaving small spaces with different functions (bath, kitchen and studio) and also a staircase to the lowest floor.

La casa tiene una parte excavada, que es la planta baja, y encima un cubo de cristal con una altura de 4 metros de alto. La planta principal tiene el trebol que es un muro que subdivide el interior en una serie de espacios pequeños con diferentes funciones (baño, estudio y cocina), así como una escalera que baja a la planta inferior.

The curvy walls work as a balaustrade for the top floor, where all the windows of the house are located.

Las paredes curvas funcionan asi mismo como balaustrada de un nivel superior perimetral desde el cual te puedes asomar a las ventanas de la caja de cristal.

This kind of construction is a tipology in Japan, like wood houses with patio in other parts of the country. In the lower floor, the clover wall, limits the bedrooms, letting them private.

Las casas enterradas son un tipo clásico de construcción del país, igual que las casas de madera con patio en otras zonas.

En la planta inferior, el muro con forma de trébol, delimita los dormitorios, haciéndolos perfectamente privados, y maximizando el espacio de esta pequeña casa.

The house that I show you today, is all made with concrete, not like the perfect one of Tadao Ando, the way we use it in construction. Despite of this, is one of the warmest houses I´ve seen in ages.

_ The concrete is perfectly mixed with the white ceiling.

_ The natural materials, contrast perfectly with the grey and white, and with the fabrics and wood.

_ The windows from floor to ceiling let the light full the space.

_ The interior-exterior union is perfect.
